An outbreak of a deadly disease, EBOLA has been declared in the northeast Democratic Republic of Congo, the World Health Organization has said.
According to the WHO's twitter account, the killer disease was confirmed in Kinshasa on the 11th of May, 2017.
The organization also pointed out that it is working with the government of congo in order to control the disease before it spreads.
"On 11 May 2017, the Min of Health of the Democratic Republic of the Congo notified WHO & partners of a lab-confirmed case of #Ebola"

The last Ebola outbreak in Congo in 2014 was quickly contained and killed 49 people according to official figures, AFP reports.
