Yes, you definitely can. And, while others are saying its unethical. I think, a person who has lost his/her password or someone else actually changed it or had somehow exceeded the max. trials; deserves to know if there’s a way he/she can still retrieve the phone without loosing data.

You can do it with simple factory reset method.

If you want non-data loose method, it is possible, but I'm not gonna tell you as I'm agree with Cameron Crest!

You can't.

That's a good thing if you think about it.

Otherwise, any hacker could just ask a question like this on Quora and if they got an answer, all of our phones could be hacked without needing any password or gmail account.
