Foods that people eat do not 'go' to specific parts of the body. To enlarge the
buttocksand hips, you need to do specific muscle strengthening exercises.
For the buttocks, do deep-knee bends while leaning forward. To enlarge the hips, lie on one side, and lift the upper leg as far as possible as many times as you can. Change sides and repeat with the other leg. Do these exercises several times a day, every other day, to let the muscles heal.
You an also do stair climbing to strengthen and enlarge buttock muscles. (The gluteal muscles.)
