Nigeria’s music industry has been interesting so far this year with a good number of Nigerian artistes putting in a whole lots work for fans delight.
Meanwhile, it will be so wrong to talk about music industry this year without laying much emphasis on meaningful collaborations we’ve been blessed with.
On that front of meaningful collaborations, Flyboi Inc. boss, Kizz Daniel and musically resurrectedDuncan Mighty have scored high points so far.
Kizz Daniel
After being denied collaborations on contract terms during his time with former Label, G-Worldwide, it all seemed like Kizz Daniel might not really deliver much on collaborations.
So far this year, Kizz Daniel has proven himself beyond reasonable doubts. All his collaborations ranging from “Baba” with DJ Spinall, “Wait” withDJ Neptune, “Me Ke” with Omawumi, “My Dear” alongside Don Jazzy and DJ Big N among others have been very much on point.
Duncan Mighty
Just when we thought the Port Harcourt first son,Duncan Mighty was done with music, he came back this year very strong using collaborations with industry big guns as a major strategy.
His first successful collaboration was with Wizkid on “Fake Love“, he’s got other amazing collabos withReekado Banks on “Bio Bio“, “Lova Lova” withTiwa Savage, “Uju” Remix with B Red and lots more.
