Here are some of such foods:
1.Sugar
Sugar can increase yeast growth in the vagina so if you are prone to yeast infections, you should probably cut down your sugar intake.
2.Garlic
Garlic has such a strong smell that it can affect the smell of your vagina when you consume a considerable amount just as it can affect your breath.
3. Alcohol
Just like sugar, alcohol can encourage yeast growth in the vagina. If you consume excessive amounts of alcohol, it may affect your vagina adversely.
4. Tobacco
Nicotine compounds can be found in the vagina mucus of women who smoke cigarettes. You can imagine how that would turn out in terms of taste and smell.
5. Coffee
Not only can coffee affect the smell of your vagina, it can increase the risk of you getting a yeast infection.
